How is Bean Broker different from Trade Coffee or Mistobox?

Trade and Mistobox are marketplaces with hundreds of coffees and algorithmic matching. Bean Broker is the opposite — one carefully chosen roaster per month, in your roast style. We go narrower and deeper than any algorithm can.

Can I choose my own roaster or coffee?

You don't choose the roaster — that's the spotlight, and we pick it. You do choose your roast preference (light, medium, dark, or espresso) and how many bags you want each month. If you've loved a previous month's roaster, you can also order from them any time through Past Features.

How fresh is the coffee?

Every order ships within days of roasting. Specialty coffee is at its peak between 7–21 days after roast — you'll receive it squarely in that window.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, no questions asked. We'd rather earn your subscription every month than trap you in one.

What if I don't like the roaster that month?

We stand behind our spotlight. Reach out and we'll make it right — whether that's a credit, a bag from a Past Features roaster, or a refund. We're a small operation and your experience matters directly to us.

Do you work with international roasters?

We're US-focused at launch, but sourcing from roasters who work with international origins. Global roasters are on the roadmap.
