Common questions.

How is Bean Broker different from Trade Coffee or Mistobox?: Trade and Mistobox are marketplaces with hundreds of coffees and algorithmic matching. Bean Broker is the opposite — one carefully chosen roaster per month, in your roast style. We go narrower and deeper than any algorithm can.
Can I choose my own roaster or coffee?: You don't choose the roaster — that's the spotlight, and we pick it. You do choose your roast preference (light, medium, dark, or espresso) and how many bags you want each month. If you've loved a previous month's roaster, you can also order from them any time through Past Features.
How fresh is the coffee?: Every order ships within days of roasting. Specialty coffee is at its peak between 7–21 days after roast — you'll receive it squarely in that window.
Can I cancel anytime?: Yes, no questions asked. We'd rather earn your subscription every month than trap you in one.
What if I don't like the roaster that month?: We stand behind our spotlight. Reach out and we'll make it right — whether that's a credit, a bag from a Past Features roaster, or a refund. We're a small operation and your experience matters directly to us.
Do you work with international roasters?: We're US-focused at launch, but sourcing from roasters who work with international origins. Global roasters are on the roadmap.
